Introduction to IFS or BRC
IFS STANDARD
The technical standard for food safety by IFS (International Food Standard) is developed by the German & French Retailers Unions.
It focuses in private label production which are addressed in supermarkets.
The IFS can be applied by any organization interested in improving the level of food safety and goods handling, regardless of size.
