Customer Satisfaction Survey


Our company, within the scopes of the quality management system ISO 9001, implements customer satisfaction surveys by either using:

  • Customer satisfaction questionnaire (in text form or in a table or telephone or on the spot or online forms)
  • Special customer satisfaction surveys conducted by special public opinion researches

Customer satisfaction surveys cover matters such as:

  1. Quality products and services
  2. Value for money
  3. Customer service
  4. Tour company / store
  5. Security installations

The survey concludes with a presentation with charts of customer satisfaction and gives detailed information on the business in relation to customer needs and focusing to maintain or develop a business clientele.
